My most urgent concern: Should we allow the US to detain individuals indefinitely without due process?

Or even worse, just grab a legal resident off the street, who happens to have a citizen wife and child, send them to prison and torture in El Salvador, and then tell a judge it’s just an administrative error and there is no way they can fix it. I’m currently working on the best way to frame and document this issue – hopefully I’ll have a post up soon!
